Celebrating everything great about the world of theatre, the Olivier Awards were hosted last night by comedian Jason Manford at a star-studded ceremony that saw hit play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child scoop up a record nine awards.

Other winners on the night included Dreamgirls stars Amber Riley and Adam J Bernard for their respective roles, School of Rock picked up the award for Outstanding Achievement in Music, Rebecca Trehearn won for her role in last year’sShow Boat and hit comedy play Our Ladies of Perpetual Succour won – which has just opened in the West End – won Best New Comedy.
