Running from 18 – 20 September 2016, the inaugural event will feature a number of panel sessions discussing the most pressing issues affecting the music industry.

Ticketmaster UK MD Parsons will be part of the opening panel, global keynote The State Of The European Sonic Union, at 9.15 a.m. on Monday 19 September. This session will focus on the future of the world’s evolving ecosystem and will also feature UK Music CEO Jo Dipple, Sony/ATV UK MD and president Guy Moot and Bob Shennan, controller, BBC Radio 2, 6 Music, Asian Network and director, BBC Music. 

Concert Promoters Association chairman Bowdery and Robomagic CEO Hallett will appear alongside UTA’s Natasha Bent, agent for acts such as Foals, Chvrches, Foster The People and Amy Macdonald, Jobst-Henning Neermann, head of marketing and strategic marketing for KBK Konzert-Künstleragentur and Peter Smidt, founder and creative director of Eurosonic Noorderslag.

They will form the panel for The Evolution Of The Live Music Business In The Digital Age, which will recap on the 2016 European festival circuit as well as look at the future and discuss how they provide experiences that transcend the typical arena/club show, and how promoting and marketing an artist, show, or festival continues to evolve from the music to the ticketing to the overall live experience and beyond. The session will take place at 11.30 a.m. the same day.

There will also be a whole host of panel sessions and discussions throughout Tuesday 20 September, including forums on artist management, the evolution of radio in a digital world, marketing and monetization and the future of copyrights.
