What’s changing?
The main change users will see is that the apps they have access to are now permanently anchored in the left navigation bar. As well, users will notice changes to the placement of the specific application functions – these will shift to a top navigation panel accessed from within the application itself.
The image above gives an indication of how this will look.
When users first log on to the new look Ticketmaster ONE platform they will be guided by pin drops which will assist them to navigate the site.
When will this be released?
We expect this redesign to be rolled out to all users towards the end of the week beginning 3 April.
