With Christmas just around the corner, this festive season’s most unmissable attraction – the Natural History Music Ice Rink – is offering the ultimate night of festive entertainment as it plays host to Acoustic Lates presented by Ticketmaster. Set against the stunning backdrop of one of London’s best loved landmarks, the Natural History Museum Ice Rink is open until 7 January 2018 and tickets are on sale now at nhmskating.com.
Acoustic Lates, curated by Ticketmaster Artist Services, are a series of intimate acoustic performances from some of the best emerging musical talent in the UK take place from 7:15 – 9:30 p.m. every Thursday (excluding 28 December) free of charge in the chalet-inspired Café Bar overlooking the stunning ice rink. Hotly tipped acts Charlotte Carpenter, SHINERS, Thomas Ashby and LOCKS are just some of the performers who have already taken to the mic, wowing guests and music lovers as they relax after a skating session with a seasonal drink in hand. Other acts set to perform over the coming weeks include the likes of soulful singer and producer Joe Taylor, vocal powerhouse Alex Jayne, Welsh band CwCw, London pop trio VIØLETS, Essex singer-songwriter Luke Burr, folk-pop rising star Josh Newell-Brown, critically acclaimed Northern Irish troubadour Pat Dam Smyth, BBC Introducing singer-songwriter Kerri Watt (shown below) and rock quartet Farebrother.
