Millions of fans come to Ticketmaster to buy tickets each year using our Fan Platform. We’re in the process of making that experience even better.

We’ve spent months researching, designing and building our new look and feel, to make it as easy as possible for fans to find what they want. There’s a completely new homepage which started rolling out last week and will continue to transition into 2018.

The new homepage is bold and impactful, giving more space for editorial content and highlighting your events. Everything is fully responsive, so it looks great and is easy to use on every device.

Here’s our rollout plan:

  • We’re working page by page, starting with the homepage
  • We're constantly monitoring performance as new pages go live
  • We've started with a small percentage of users and are slowly increasing traffic from the old to new experience
