We’ve spent months researching, designing and building our new look and feel, to make it as easy as possible for fans to find what they want.

UPDATE: Our completely new homepage and major category pages are now visible to 100% of fans. They’re bold and impactful, giving more space for editorial content and highlighting your events. Everything is fully responsive, so it looks great and is easy to use on every device.

The new pages provide a cleaner look for genre-specific events, allowing customers to easily navigate to find the events they care about and discover new shows in their area.

Our Artist Pages are now visible to 5% of users on mobile devices, and we’re planning to push to 100% on all devices by the end of Q2.

Here’s the remainder of our rollout plan:

  • We’re working page by page, homepage is now and we’re continuing with genre pages and improved quality of these pages
  • We’re constantly monitoring performance as new pages go live
  • We’ll continue small percentages of users on new pages and slowly increase traffic from the old to new experience following testing
