andrew parsons

RVP, UK & Ireland & Managing Director, UK

In this role, Andrew oversees the strategy for both UK and Ireland, and is responsible for the daytoday operation of the UK, responsible for a staff of more than 500 based across offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow.

Andrew has been part of the Ticketmaster business for 20+ years gaining unparalleled insight into the ticketing business with a variety of roles, initially working in customer service during college. After joining Ticketmaster full-time, Andrew rose through the ranks
of account management into business development, latterly heading up the UK sales team.

Before becoming Managing Director, Andrew was the business’ Vice President, Music & Comedy looking after all aspects of clients’ ticketing strategies.

Dan Pearce

SVP – Client Development

Dan leads our Client Development team as they look to maximise ticket sales for our existing portfolio of clients and attract new partners to the Ticketmaster Marketplace.

Dan has previously led the International Marketing team for Ticketmaster as well as launching Fan-to-Fan Ticket Exchange as Managing Director of Ticketmaster Resale. Previously a Managing Director of a West End Theatre Ticketing Agency, most recently he was Chief Marketing Officer for Virgin Experience Days in UK & US.

SARAH SLATER

VP – Music & Festivals

With over 15 years’ experience working at a senior level across ticketing and ecommerce for music and live entertainment, Sarah leads the Music & Festivals division for Ticketmaster UK.

In Sarah’s time at Ticketmaster she has delivered substantial growth for the Music & Festival division of the business, and continues to hold the relationships with the UKs largest music promoters and event organisers including Live Nation, SJM, the BBC and Festival Republic.

VP – Client Development

With over 12 years’ experience in the events industry, Alex leads on the relationship with some of the world’s biggest sports and entertainment brands including, the WWE, Major League Baseball, the UFC, and Queensberry Promotions.

Alex has also spearheaded the growth of Ticketmaster Attractions, helping bring some of the world’s leading immersive experiences to market, including Frameless, the BBC Earth Experience and Van Gogh Alive.

Tim Goom

Client Development Director – Music & Festivals

With over 9 years’ experience working in commercial, campaigns and marketing partnerships across ticketing and music technology industries, Tim drives commercial opportunities for key clients within the music and festivals division.

Tim works across a wide breadth of UK music, festivals and grassroots venue clients including BBC, Senbla and Manchester Pride and is well placed to assist with strategic business growth and provide support with the latest Ticketmaster solutions.

Tom Cummins

Client Development director -Theatre and arts

With over 10 years’ experience in ticketing and marketing for the UK’s biggest theatres and producers, Tom now leads the Theatre division of Ticketmaster UK.

Since joining Ticketmaster, Tom has driven marketing successes for Theatre in the B2C side of the business, and continues that focus within the Client Development team to maximise the power of Ticketmaster’s offering, reach new audiences and drive incremental ticket sales.

Tom and the team’s focus is to bring your shows to the attention of a wider audience outside of the traditional theatre goer, to ensure we deliver true value as an agent partner.

With over 15 years’ experience in the events industry, working with clients on their event and ticketing strategies, Alice leads on Ticketmaster UK’s Strategic Account portfolio.

Alice works in partnership with venue teams across the UK. Her approach looks at the future of ticketing and how technologies can support client goals, with a focus on driving growth, value, and community.

Dominic Perez-Silva

Senior Client Development Manager – Events, Attractions and Sport

With 15 years of expertise in event technology and ticketing, Dom is a seasoned professional in the events industry, having worked in various roles such as live events, venue management, event tech, and ticketing. He specialises in driving outbound sales and fostering growth within the Events, Attractions, and Sport division at Ticketmaster.

Drawing on his extensive background, Dom recognises the significance and potential of ticketing partnerships. Leveraging his past experiences, he assists clients in surpassing their goals by utilising the latest Ticketmaster products and technologies.

HAnnah ciotkowski

Marketing Manager – b2b

With over 5 years experience delivering events and partnerships in music and global sports, Hannah is enhancing the Ticketmaster UK B2B brand and marketing strategy using content and insights to deliver best value for clients.

Hannah leads on the implementation of B2B marketing with effective and engaging brand and marketing campaigns, helping to drive business growth across Ticketmaster UK’s client and product portfolio.
