Nick Griffith
Vice President, Sales Operations

I head up the growing team who operate out of London, Manchester and Glasgow. Coming from an operational background, I look at driving efficiencies within our internal processes, the aim being to benefit all of our clients in ensuring the “life of the ticket” is as smooth as possible. I have an eclectic taste in live entertainment – preferring rugby and competitive sport – and with a young family I'm often enjoying one of the many festivals and attractions we ticket. 

Gary Roden
Vice President, Theatre and Comedy

I’ve worked in a variety of positions in the industry, most recently as Managing Director of Parkwood Theatres. Previously I was General Manager for The Ambassador Theatre Group at the Edinburgh Playhouse and for Live Nation UK at the Bristol Hippodrome. Outside the enjoyment I get from regular trips to the theatre, I’m big sports fan, following the mighty reds of Nottingham Forest and enjoying a frustratingly bad round of golf when time allows. 

Sarah Slater
Business Development Director – Music

I joined Ticketmaster after a number of years working with events, artists and brands across the globe on their ticketing, merchandising and online strategy. I’ve had the pleasure of working with diverse artists including London Grammar, Robert Plant, Richard Ashcroft and Beyoncé, and been involved in huge international events such as the Queen's Jubilee in Hyde Park in 2012 and Chime for Change in conjunction with Gucci in 2013.

Gillian Henderson
Business Development Director – Scotland/North

My background is in venue management, having spent over 10 years working in live music and club venues in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Liverpool. I’ve also had the pleasure of working a number of outdoor events and festivals in Scotland. I currently sit on the Board of Directors for the Scottish Music Industry Association. Music has always been my passion, and in my spare time I still enjoy going to gigs and experiencing live music as well as practising yoga and dancing badly to Madonna! 

Robert Fosterman
Business Development Manager – Sport, Attractions and Special Events

I’m fortunate to have a very diverse client base across multiple genres. Prior to joining Ticketmaster I worked for Apollo Leisure Group where I managed a variety of concerts, touring shows and theatrical productions allowing for an understanding of the many issues promoters and event organisers face when setting up events. I’m a huge movie and sports fan with particular affection for Chelsea FC and the Miami Dolphins. I also enjoy the occasional marathon.

Jeremy Beveridge
Business Development Manager – Theatre

I started in the box office at a West End theatre group and went on to manage inventory by maximising sales and yield for some of the biggest musicals and plays. Luckily for me a huge part of my job is getting out and keeping great relationships with the producers, marketing agencies and venues of all the major shows in London. I get to see a lot of theatre, which is always a bonus, but when I’m not I’m most likely to be at an airport looking forward to getting another stamp in my passport.

Adam Barr
Account Manager, Groups & Corporate Sales

I first joined Ticketmaster back in 1997 while working as a jobbing actor. After an overseas hiatus in India, Thailand and Croatia, I returned in 2006 to join the Group sales team. With business development my primary focus, I explore new opportunities for groups with event partners. I’m a big concert fan, and working here has allowed me to keep in with London’s theatrical events which still hold a place in my heart from my time treading the boards. 

Jason Boardman
Sales Executive

I operated for many years as a DJ and promoter, programming stages for boutique festivals and events for the Aficionado brand. My focus is on business development for TicketWeb in the North of England, I liaise with venues, promoters and artists to support their ticketing and marketing needs. Music discovery is my passion and I love attending gigs and festivals – sometimes taking my two daughters and partner along to share the experience. 

Holly Watson
Sales Executive – Deals and Promotions

Through my music technology degree, I’ve worked in large-scale events and festivals around the world including the Isle of Wight Festival, London 2012 Olympic Games and Melbourne Grand Prix. My main focus is to ensure Ticketmaster have the best deals and promotions available for a wide range of events. When I’m not in the office, I’ll be at various gigs, attempting to rap in karaoke bars or drinking a good ol’ cup of Yorkshire tea.

Bonita McKinney
Sales Executive

I support the ticketing needs of promoters, venues and festivals, providing solutions and enhancing their selling power across our numerous platforms. Utilising my seven years of working as a national concert promoter, I recognise the requirements, concerns and triumphs in delivering successful events. You'll find me in a festival box office, singing along to a show or diving head first down the Ticketmaster slide!

Lizzy Chee
Groups Administrator

I joined the Groups department when I moved to London after working in several entrepreneurial startups. My role is to oversee the administrative and operational processes and to provide support to the groups sales agents and management. As a big tennis fan I’ve had the good fortune to work offsite at Wimbledon. Plus, one of the highlights of my job is that I get a chance to see the majority of West End shows.

Ged Skelding
Sales Executive

I’ve worked in the live events industry for a number of years now and plan to for much longer! My main area of focus is business development for TicketWeb, speaking to venues and promoters nationwide. I look after events for Ticketmaster too. Music is my passion I enjoy attending an eclectic mix of gigs, discovering new artists, collecting records and hitting up festivals. I’m also an avid Southampton FC fan!
