Robert Fosterman
Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager for Sport, Attractions and Special Events at Ticketmaster, I am fortunate to have a very diverse client base across multiple genres. Prior to joining Ticketmaster I worked for the Apollo Leisure Group where I managed a variety of concerts, touring shows and theatrical productions allowing for an understanding of the many issues promoters and event organisers face when setting up events.

I also previously worked at one of the leading event cinema companies, bringing major sporting events live to cinema screens across the globe.  

I’m a huge movie and sports fan with particular affection for Chelsea FC and the Miami Dolphins. I also enjoy the occasional marathon.

Sales Executive

I’ve worked in the live events industry for a number of years now and plan to for much longer! My main area of focus is business development for TicketWeb, speaking to venues and promoters nationwide, although I look after events for Ticketmaster too. Music is my main passion I enjoy attending an eclectic mix of gigs, discovering new artists, collecting records and hitting up festivals.

I am also an avid Southampton FC fan!

Nick Griffith
Vice President, Sales Operations

I head up the growing team who operate out of London, Manchester and Glasgow.

Coming from an operational background I look at driving efficiencies within our internal processes, the aim being to ultimately benefit all of our clients in ensuring the “life of the ticket” is as smooth as possible.

I have an eclectic taste in live entertainment – a preference for rugby and any other competitive sport – and with a young family I'm often enjoying one of the many festivals and attractions which we ticket. Music is up there but rather embarrassingly my last album purchase was a CD, and by the Beautiful South. However, I'm making up for lost time by spending many hours in festival box offices – much to the delight of the teams on the ground.

Adam Barr
Account Manager, Groups & Corporate Sales

I first joined Ticketmaster back in 1997 while working as a jobbing actor. After an overseas hiatus in India and Thailand and two years in Croatia, I returned to TM in 2006 to join the Group sales team in account management. With business development now my primary focus I am constantly exploring new opportunities for groups with event partners and establishing new business-to-business relationships here in the UK and overseas.

My first ever concert was Iron Maiden at the Hammersmith Odeon when I was 14 and I have been a big concert fan ever since. Working with Ticketmaster has also allowed me to keep in with London’s many theatrical events which still hold a place in my heart from my time treading the boards.

Gary Roden
Business Development Director – Theatre, Arts and Comedy

I am the Business Development Director for Theatre, Arts and Comedy at Ticketmaster UK and responsible for new business developments in these genres.

I have worked in a wide variety of positions in the industry, most recently as Managing Director of Parkwood Theatres, operating four venues across the South of England. Previously I was General Manager for The Ambassador Theatre Group at the Edinburgh Playhouse and for Live Nation UK at the Bristol Hippodrome.

Outside the obvious enjoyment I get from the regular trips to see all things theatrical, I am big sports fan, following the mighty reds of Nottingham Forest and enjoying a frustratingly bad round of golf when time allows.

Gillian Henderson
Business Development Director – Scotland/North

As Business Development Director for North, my role is looking after and developing our wide-ranging client base in Scotland and North of England.

My background is in venue management, having spent over 10 years working in live music and club venues in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Liverpool with roles ranging from box office to venue management.

During my career I’ve also had the pleasure of working a number of outdoor events and festivals in Scotland including our annual T in the Park and Belladrum festivals to one-off events including Radio 1’s Big Weekend, BBC at the Quay, One Direction at Murrayfield Stadium and The Ryder Cup 2014. I also currently sit on the Board of Directors for the Scottish Music Industry Association.

Music has always been my passion and I consider myself incredibly lucky to have been part of some exciting and successful events and working with some amazing people and artists over the years. In my spare time I still enjoy going to gigs and experiencing live music as well as practising yoga and dancing badly to Madonna!

Sarah Slater
Business Development Director – Music

I have recently joined Ticketmaster as Business Development Director for Music after a number of years working with events, artists and brands across the globe on their ticketing, merchandising and online strategy. I have had the pleasure of working with a wide and diverse number of artists including London Grammar, Robert Plant, Richard Ashcroft and Beyoncé, and the chance to be involved in huge global events such as the Queens Jubilee in Hyde Park and Chime for Change in conjunction with Gucci in 2013.

When not dancing in a field I use my spare time trying to cook edible meals and making up excuses of why I can’t go to the gym today.

Lizzy Chee
Groups Administrator

I joined the Groups department about three-and-a-half years ago when I first moved to London after previously working in several entrepreneurial start-ups. My role within the department is to oversee the administrative and operational processes and to provide a high level of support to the groups sales agents and management.

As a big tennis fan I’ve had the good fortune to have worked offsite at Wimbledon, being a theatre advisor to the players. I absolutely loved the atmosphere at Wimbledon and hearing all the roars from Murray Mount and Centre Court whilst stuffing my face with strawberries and cream.

I’ve always been an avid theatre goer. One of the highlights of my job is that I get a chance to go and see the majority of West End shows, and outside work I also enjoy going to see a lot of off-West End productions too. Whenever I’m not gallivanting around the West End, I like taking advantage of all the cultural aspects of London, such as art museums and more importantly the wide range of amazing restaurants!

Bonita McKinney
Sales Executive

As Sales Executive for music I support the ticketing needs of promoters, venues and festivals nationwide, providing solutions and enhancing their selling power across our numerous platforms.

Utilising my seven years of working as a national concert promoter, I recognise the requirements, concerns and triumphs involved in delivering successful events. I have been involved in the programming and development of numerous festivals and venues, including the Academy Music Group venue estate and have worked with booking agents across the industry, building touring artists up to arena level.

You are most likely to find me in a festival box office, singing along to a show or diving head first down the Ticketmaster slide!

Holly Watson
Sales Executive – Deals and Promotions

As a Sales Executive, my main focus is to ensure Ticketmaster have the best deals and promotions available for a wide range of events across the board.

Through my love of live events and music technology degree, I’ve worked in a wide variety of positions in large-scale events and festivals around the world including the Isle of Wight Festival, London 2012 Olympic Games and Melbourne Grand Prix. Having started with the Ticketmaster family a number of years ago in Manchester, I’ve spent the last few years building up a wealth of ticketing knowledge before being welcomed back in 2017.

I’m very lucky to be able to say that my work life and personal life often cross, as when I’m not in the office, I’ll probably be at various gigs throughout the country. On the odd occasion you may see me attempting to rap in karaoke bars or drinking a good ol’ cup of Yorkshire tea.

Jason Boardman
Sales Executive

My background is in the live events industry, operating for many years primarily as a DJ and event promoter, programming stages for boutique festivals and events for the Aficionado brand.

I also dabble in Artist Management representing Horsebeach and curate the output of the vinyl-only record label Aficionado Recordings.

My primary area of focus is business development for TicketWeb in the North of England, liaising with venues, promoters and artists to support their needs and to provide ticketing and marketing solutions for them.

I have a deep understanding of the ticketing industry having been employed at Ticketmaster in various roles for the past 14 years and utilise my wider experience to provide the best possible customer experience.

Music discovery is my main passion and I love attending gigs and festivals – sometimes taking my two young daughters and partner along to share the experience.

Jeremy Beveridge
Business Development Manager – Theatre

I’m the Business Development Manager for theatre in the West End and I'm responsible for the growth and expansion within this area of the industry.

My background was working at a West End theatre group. I started in box office and went on to manage inventory by maximising sales and yield for some of the biggest musicals and plays in London. It all started for me on a whim because I thought working in theatre seemed like good fun, and thankfully I haven’t been proved wrong.

Luckily for me a huge part of my job is getting out and about keeping great relationships with the producers, marketing agencies and venues of all the major shows in London. Yes I get to see a lot of theatre, which is always a bonus, but when I’m not I’m most likely to be at an airport looking forward to getting another stamp in my passport.
