All our pages at Ticketmaster.co.uk are rapidly being transformed as we launch our new Fan Platform experience. Plus, our Ticket Alert newsletter – which goes out to approximately 11 million fans each week – utilises predictive intelligence.

They’re fully responsive, easy to use on every device and look great. But because they depend on dynamically driven content this also means we’re relying more on images than ever before.

If we don’t have a photo uploaded for an event, a grey holding image is automatically substituted instead, as shown below.

When fans come to Ticketmaster to buy tickets, we want them to see your event in the best possible light. Images are powerful tools, especially when it comes to drawing attention – and we all know that a picture is worth a thousand words.

It’s important to supply images for any event you are ticketing with us. Please submit high-resolution, quality images that are at least 2462 x 1365 pixels (w x h), corresponding to a 16 x 9 ratio. Acceptable photo file types are .JPG or .PNG. We prefer live action photo images to logos, for optimal performance and conversion.
