The awards made a triumphant return, after taking a break last year with some of the biggest names in Rock Music. The Foo Fighters took away two awards ahead of their sold-out gigs at London Stadium over the weekend.
Co-founder of Aerosmith, Joe Perry, received the Kerrang! Inspiration Award, presented to him by Johnny Depp. Perry, together with Alice Cooper and Depp make up rock supergroup The Hollywood Vampires. The evening rounded off with the night Black Sabbath legend Tony Iommi being presented with the Icon award, along with Slipknot’s Corey Taylor receiving the Kerrang! Legend award.
