Ticketmaster, a Live Nation Entertainment company, has renewed its partnership with Gothenburg’s largest event and arena company, Got Event.

The three-year agreement will see Ticketmaster, the world’s leading ticket agent, provide ticketing for Got Event’s numerous venues including Scandinavium, Ullevi, Lisebergshallen and Bravida Arena and its 400+ annual events.

“It’s great to have the opportunity to continue our work with Ticketmaster. As a business that runs over 400 events annually, it is of utmost importance to have a partner capable of managing all different kinds of ticket sales to fans across Sweden and beyond,” says Lotta Nibell, CEO at Got Event.

“Got Event provides the magic of live entertainment to hundreds of thousands of fans every year. We’re very proud to have not only renewed our partnership with Got Event but strengthened it with the addition of its sports club ticket sales,” says Kristian Seljeset, CEO of Ticketmaster Sweden.

Got Event has brought many events to Gothenburg over the years, but it was thanks to them that fans were able to see the historic moment when Sweden made it to the World Cup Final in 1958, listen to Håkan Hellström’s magical tones in a crowded arena this year and experience Bruce Springsteen getting the whole Ullevi to vibrate in 2016.
