Welcome to Deutschland

Berlin’s Mercedes-Benz Arena

Germany consumes more music than any other European country and it’s no surprise that the live music business is thriving here too. Ticketmaster Germany is rapidly establishing itself as a trusted destination for music fans to discover events by the artists they love and buy their tickets with confidence.

From international acts appearing in venues like the Mercedes Benz Arena in Berlin to the gritty grassroots venues like Hamburg’s Große Freiheit; independent agents and promoters, as well as the major companies, are discovering brilliant new talent across the whole of Germany.  Talent that Ticketmaster is only too happy to present to a wider audience who browse and shop on Ticketmaster Germany, through International initiatives like Ticketmaster New Music.

We have huge festival scene with Dockville Festival, Rock am Ring / Rock im Park, Wireless and Lollapalooza Berlin just to name a few, exceeded by an untold number of boutique events like Xjazz Festival Berlin or Spektrum.

Artists in Germany

MEUTE is a techno marching band from Germany, currently touring Europe

It is our ongoing goal to furnish managers and talent bookers with our Artist Services strategy here at Ticketmaster DE and run their artist’s campaigns with us as official ticketing partner.

If the mechanic is an album presale, we push the pre-order with a major promotional campaign.  If it’s growing an artist database, we push sign-ups with social media activity.  There are plenty of ways we can get involved in growing an artist’s business, even outside of live and ticketing.  We work very closely with record companies, especially Universal Music.

Over the last two years we grew a strong network of new clients; for example Best Works (Meute) and Budde Talent Agency (Wincent Weiss) and we are continuing to add more and more clients to it now.

We are always on the look out for domestic German talent; acts we can work with and help grow their fanbase across Europe audience through our wider International Artist Services.

Just recently we featured AMILLI from Germany across various markets for her EU tour. It is a great feeling when you see multiple Ticketmaster offices pushing an artist from your country – plus this sort of international support what artists and their management companies expect when they partner with a global team like us and it sets us apart from other ticket agencies.

Other domestic campaigns with an international aspect were Olafur Arnalds (380 Grad Management with Von der Haardt Agency) and Christian Löffler (Ki Records with Von der Haardt Agency).

In our day to day business we handle international Artist Services presales locally (mainly for Live Nation GSA) and take care of our domestic campaigns.
