How do I get there?
The venue is about a 10 minute walk from Ramsgate train station and a 2 minute walk from Broad Street station.
Where should I eat?
Shakey Shakey Fish Bar – cheap and cheerful chippy dishing out huge portions.
Bon Appetit – Bangin French restaurant right on the water. Dinner with a view.
Where can I stay?
There’s plenty of hotels and hostels in the Ramsgate/Kent area. Albion House & The Oak Hotel are nice and close to the venue. There’s also a good selection of Air BnBs if that’s more your style.
Get in early and get up the front – Ramsgate Music Hall may offer the best opportunity to get in touching distance of the performers out of any venue in the UK.
If you’re not in to the chaos of the pit, there’s a groovy bar upstairs with a big screen so you can kick back and watch the action.
