The UK Blog Awards were created in 2014 to recognise true viral style and creative excellence across a variety of 17 UK industries, as well as to award the overarching content of the year.
We’re excited to announce that the Ticketmaster UK Blog has been nominated for awards in two categories for the UK Blog Awards 2018: Arts & Culture for our coverage of music, theatre, dance and much more and Vlogger for our video content.
Spanning music, theatre, sport and special events, our blog is the first stop for fans of live entertainment. It offers a candid behind-the-scenes look at some of the biggest shows, festivals, gigs and events, from news to editorial features, and from interviews to unique videos.
As well as breaking major tour announcements, the Ticketmaster UK Blog gets up close and personal with the stars. From the cast of major West End shows to major festival headliners and beyond, it continues to bridge the gap between fans and their favourite artists.
Our blog is a labour of love by a handful of dedicated fans working within Ticketmaster. With only one full-time member of staff, Editor Ben Tipple, the blog wouldn’t be possible without the genuine passion of those contributing, both within the company and further afield. Each bit of content is crafted with a love for live entertainment, which shines through.
